ご飯は山形県産つや姫を使用しています。
ガス釜で一気に炊き上げるので美味しい！
While fluffy omelet rice is taking the world by storm, Acacia is particular about traditional omelet rice. Filled with homemade ham smoked with cherry blossom chips and wrapped in freshly beaten egg.
We use Tsuyahime rice from Yamagata Prefecture.
It's delicious because it's cooked all at once in a gas pot!
